When MM began working with Tienne the logo and style were already firmly established. Three years later the management decided it was time for a change. With a strong established relationship, MM were their first choice for a rebrand.

Analyzing the client database showed us that female shoppers form a large percentage of Tiennes overall market. It was also discovered that a large majority of purchases were gifts This information paved the way to the new “feminine” logo and the creation of the strap line “Tienne - Delight Someone”


The new websites “Arts and Craft” feel was designed to compliment the new logo. The site details Tiennes exclusive reward card system along with offering users a £5 off birthday voucher for supplying their birthday and email address. A selection of top sellers, shop locations, and charity involvements help to to sell the Tienne story.
